This organization has been formed for
the purpose of promoting Equal Employment Opportunity for all minorities
and women, unity of action in all matters affecting the mutual interest
of all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) employees in general,
and for the improvement of all working relationships. In the furtherance
thereof the members of the National Hispanic Coalition of Federal
Aviation Employees, adopted a Constitution and its Bylaws.

Procedures |
NHCFAE also adopted a Standard
Operating Procedure (SOP) to operate its business. This SOP describes
the roles and responsibilities for each National Hispanic Coalition
of Federal Aviation Employees (NHCFAE) Regional/Center Chapter Board
and its members. This SOP was developed specifically as a guide and
is supplemental to the NHCFAE Constitution, Bylaws, and Member Guide.

What is La Palabra?
|
La Palabra is the quarterly
newsletter that is published by the NHCFAE in order to inform its
members across the country. La Palabra keeps its members informed
and connected through important announcements, informative articles
and special submissions.
It's your organization. Tell us about it in your own palabras! Submissions
of articles should focus on issues, promotions, events or recognition
of FAA employees and/or NHCFAE members. Please include your name,
region and a photograph. Please label your photograph with a caption.
